A native of Chicago's West Side, Joe Freshgoods is a designer, storyteller, and creative director.

Freshgoods' unique style is known for blending brand narrative with historical and cultural references, something Pendulum was able to witness first hand as we worked to recreate an iconic scene from Season one of "The Wire" for his pop-up at COMPLEXCON 2019.

Working collaboratively with Joe, we went through each and every detail of he scene in order to bring his vision to life. From a brick panel background and clothesline to the iconic orange "pit" couch, we deconstructed and recreated the scene for the Freshgoods brand and fans alike.
